BBQ Declared a Success!

 Wow! Sunday's BBQ exceeded our expectations! Thank you to all that showed up!

Special thanks to the following:
AV Lions for the delicious food. Everybody was raving about it. You worked so hard and made feeding over 150 people look easy.
D'Ann Wallace, thank you for helping collect silent auction items and coordinating he corn hole tournament. You rock!
AVSC Board Members who did an outstanding job and worked their tails off to make the event so great!
Extra special thanks to all of our donors and sponsors. Far too many to mention but you know who you are!!

The SHARE cards will not work anymore, we are now signed up with their new program and all you need to do is enter the Senior Center phone #707-895-3609 anytime during check out at Food Max or Lucky’s and the Senior Center receives a donation.

Financial Help for Groceries


• Business hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am to 3pm.

• With the exception of the second and last Tuesday of each month's evening meal, lunch is served Tuesdays and every Thursday at 12:15pm. Evening meals are served at 6pm.

• Bingo follows the evening meal on the second and last Tuesday of the month. Dinner is served at 6pm.

• Easy Stretch Chair Yoga, instructed by Kathy Macdonald, is every Thursday 11am to noon.

• Young at Heart exercise is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am



Join us for Bingo Night the second and last Tuesday of each month. Dinner starts at 6:00, followed by Bingo around 7:00. Must be 21 to play, but you don’t have to be a senior to join us for Dinner and Bingo fun.

Through a generous endowment, AV Senior Center is able to provide reimbursement to drivers who volunteer to drive seniors to medical appointments. Contact the Senior Center for more info: 895-3609.
