Helpful Info From Raley's For Our Local Seniors

To our valued customers,

As you heard from our CEO, Keith Knopf, earlier this week, we care deeply about supporting our communities and the most vulnerable populations, especially those who are at-risk and over the age of 65.
We want to share some of the extra steps we are taking to support our at-risk and senior neighbors:
  • Starting Thursday, March 19, we will offer curbside pickup for prescriptions at our pharmacy locations.
    • Please contact your local pharmacy team via phone to make this request and schedule your pickup.
    • We will accept debit or credit card payment from your car.
    • This service is reserved for our at-risk and senior patients.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot coordinate your grocery and prescription pickup together.
  • Starting Saturday, March 21, we will have two unique Senior Essentials Bags available for purchase at a discounted price. These bags can be picked up daily, curbside or in-store. We will make every effort to meet demand.
  • $20 Bag: Contains a mix of fresh items and pantry staples.

  • In an effort to serve as many customers as possible, we cannot customize bags based on allergy, diet or lifestyle. Product substitutions may apply.
  • We call upon our customers to respect the intended purpose of this program, which is to serve seniors or those at risk.
  • Starting Sunday, March 22, we will open additional timeslots for pickup and delivery. We have hired, and will continue to hire, additional team members to make this service available to even more customers
    • Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
    • We are still limited on inventory of high-demand items, but will do our best to complete order requests with substitutions. Please select the "allow substitutions" option on online orders.
  • For your peace of mind, we have increased security in our stores.
